Just 3 easy steps to a whiter smile. 1. Open Pouch - Long side up, tear across top from left to right. Gently pull open pouch. Run thumb edge along inside to find strip. Carefully lift from pouch. 2. Lower Teeth - Grasp strip so v-notch faces up and is nearest left thumb. Align strip edge without notch along gumline. Press onto teeth and fold over excess. 3. Upper Teeth - Grasp strip so v-notch faces down and is nearest right thumb. Align strip edge without notch along gumline. Press onto teeth and fold over excess. Strips are designed to work on either upper or lower teeth. For best results apply to lower teeth first. Strips dissolve in 5-10 minutes with nothing to remove.
